I'm not getting my reminders.
Check that push notifications are turned on in the app under Settings → Reminders, and separately that notifications for N of 1 are allowed in your iPhone's own Settings → Notifications.
How do I restart or stop a trial?
Go to Settings → Restart or Exit Trial. This lets you end your current trial early or start over.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and scroll to Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all of your trial data, and cannot be undone.
Is N of 1 medical advice?
No. N of 1 is a tool for personal self-observation, not a medical service. Always talk to a doctor before starting, stopping, or changing a supplement or health routine.
